For this series I constructed a device which mediated the drawing process (and also made it quite difficult). I invited fellow artists to make a drawing with the device. As they worked, I made a portrait of each artist on the surface of a piece of plexiglas. Finally, the portrait and the drawing were layered in a simple wooden frame.
